Chelsea and Jay wanted pictures during the fall season and they couldn't have asked for a better evening. The light was great, the leaves were just changing and it wasn't too cold yet.
They happen to be friends of our friends, but it was nice having a chance to get to know them a little better one on one. I love it when you can see how excited couples are to be getting married. Jay actually proposed to Chelsea at the Victoria Oval Skate way, so it was special to start out their session in the same spot.
They are huge Edmonton Eskimos fans, so we had to do a few with their jerseys for good measure.
Edmonton River Valley Engagement Session - Jenna and Justin
When a past wedding couple refers someone to us (Thanks Brittney and Michael!), it is seriously one of the best forms of a compliment. And when you just "click" (pun-intended) with the couple and they are excited to work with you, it is EXTRA special!
Jenna and Justin are adorable. They were amazing to work with and you can tell they're just happy being around each other. Both of them love the outdoors, so the Whitemud Ravine in the River Valley here was the perfect engagement session location to feel lost in nature.

Lily and Sophie have grown into two independent little girls. They may be twins, but their personalities are completely their own as they each have their own charming ways. Its been fun to watch them grow. Hunter naturally plays the big brother role quite well, as a protector, and trouble maker. :)
Sonya and Kevin, you are amazing parents, and pushed through this first year with twins and a toddler together so strongly.
