I'm pretty sure that when Julia and Blake planned their wedding in Mid-October they weren't really anticipating a snow storm to happen the day before. However, this is Alberta. And in Alberta, you never know what you are going to get. What they did end up with is a beautiful snowy wedding day.
Julia and Blake got married in a beautiful ceremony at the St. Albert Parish and then we headed to the Lois Hole Centennial Park where they braved the cold weather for some snow portraits. Their reception was at the Sandpiper Golf Course and it had several great personal touches. There was a specialty caesar bar, and the nacho and snack bar were highlights among the guests.
After a few short and personal speeches, the reception led into one of the more raucous dance parties of the year. Congratulations to Julia and Blake.
