Nicolas and Jillian - Edmonton Wedding Photography

These two lovebirds had a beautiful wedding ceremony in the courtyard of La Cité Francophone. The rain held off for their outdoor ceremony until the very last seconds as they walked up the aisle. It really was a beautiful location for a ceremony, and the reception had one of the best wedding meals we have had. We even had the chance to steal them away from the dance for a couple sunset portraits.

It was mentioned in the speeches, and I have to agree, they are two of the nicest people to spend a day with. They have a way of making you feel really good about yourself. It made our job seem easy.

Congratulations to you both!

David and Andi - Nova Scotia Wedding Photography

I met our cousin David's girlfriend Andi at our Grandpa Toms 91st birthday. From the moment I met her, I knew she'd fit right into the Scade family. She's friendly and warm... and the kind of person that you just feel great being around. It was easy to see David was smitten, and it'd only be a matter of time before we'd hear about wedding plans. :P

Sure enough, last year we did! They decided to have their wedding out in Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia on her parent's acreage, and we took their portraits out on her Grandparents' old farm!  It was a jam-packed weekend, full of family, laughter, fun games, amazing food... aka ... LOBSTER BOIL ... and of course a beautiful outdoor ceremony and reception.

Thanks so much for having us be a part of your wedding. We had the best time. xoxo

Sara and Sean - Edmonton Yellowhead Brewery Wedding

Sara and Sean booked us for their wedding through a referral from one of our past wedding clients! We actually didn't even have a chance to meet them before their wedding day. I love that they trusted us to photograph them their way through a strong referral. It means the world to us.

They booked us for some portraits and the ceremony, which took place at the Yellowed Brewery.  We seriously had a great time with these two. Their ceremony was small and intimate. It was full of meaning and easy to see how much family and traditions matter to them as a couple.

Thank you for having us be a part of your day,
The Scades
