Renae and Jan are expecting a wee one very soon!! We are absolutely thrilled for them. They are two of the most deserving people out there, and are sure to be incredible, strong and loving parents.
We were able to photograph their maternity session just a few days before the snow came.
When Jaime contacted us to photograph a couples session with her and her husband Eric, I was excited just for the chance to catch up and do this for an old friend. Then she dropped the idea of doing the session at Edmonton's Folk Music Festival. Best idea ever :)
She and Eric go every year with their friends and family. (Just like us!) Folkfest people are the best people. Just saying :P
We wandered the grounds, hung out on the hills, and listened to some music.. all in the pretty haze of sunset light that gives the festival part of its magical feel.
Thanks for letting us photograph the two of you and celebrating your anniversary! You guys are awesome. I loved how you both are the best of friends along with being each others partner.

Macauley is one of the luckiest little girls! She was born into a big beautiful family full of older cousins who were thrilled to meet her. We had the opportunity to take some sweet pictures of her with her two new proud parents, Brittany and Mike. They are naturals.
